Monday July 12 - Get together and welcome drinks
On behalf of the board of AIESEP and Fontys University of Applied Sciences, we would like to extend a warm welcome to you at the 2027 AIESEP International Conference. Following the Opening Ceremony, we will do so with a Get together at the Fontys School of Sport Studies location. We will offer you a variety of food trucks to choose your meal from. Refreshments are at your own expense.
Wednesday July 14 - Drinks and live music
At a very atmospheric location near the conference venue, we are organizing a festive evening with live music. Seize the opportunity to get to know each other better in a cozy atmosphere, or to reconnect and meet up again. Maybe even on the dance floor! The cost of drinks is at your own expense; we will provide the live band.

Friday July 16 - Closing dinner
We will close the AIESEP 2027 International Conference together at a location that fittingly reflects the industrial and innovative history of the city of Eindhoven. We will do so in style with the traditional closing dinner. The cost of this dinner is included in your conference ticket. Drinks are at your own expense.
