Accommodation in and around Eindhoven
Eindhoven has plenty of options for your accommodation in the city centre, and some closer to the conference venue.
From the city centre, the conference venue can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by public transport (bus). However, since the Netherlands are the most bicycle friendly country in the world, we would like to point out to you the option to rent a bike for the duration of the seminar. The bike ride from the city centre is around 15 minutes (depending on your fitness level and cycling skills!).
We can recommend the following hotels near the conference venue:
Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven (10 min walk, <5 min bike)
Nearest to the venue, large 4-star hotel, but room availability can be a problem during the seminar due to another event. Be advised to book early.
Bastion Hotel Eindhoven (15 min walk, 5 min bike)
Close to the venue, this recently built hotel is has good value accommodation in different price categories.
Hotel Parkzicht Eindhoven (20 min walk, 5 min bike)
Charming 3-star hotel in a nice residential area.

A 4-star hotel right in the city centre and close to the train station, and a short 6 min walk to the bus stop serving the seminar venue.

Comfortable 4-star hotel in the city centre, placed conveniently close to the bus stop serving the seminar venue (± 3 min walk).
