Registration dates
Early Bird registration opens on September 1, 2026 and closes on March 31, 2027.
Regular registration opens on April 1, 2027 and closes on June 12, 2027.
Keep a close eye on the Early Bird registration deadline, as it will not be extended.
On-site registration is not possible.

Early Bird pricing available until the registration deadline.
AIESEP Member, Non-member, and Low GDP registrations include access to all (pre-)conference activities, lunch from Tuesday to Friday, the meal at the Monday social event, participation in the social events on Wednesday and Thursday, and the closing dinner (transportation at participants' own expense).
The closing dinner is not included in the Undergraduate Student registration category.
Tickets and tariffs
AIESEP members need to fill out their membership number when registering. Your membership number can be found by selecting ‘member login’ on www.aiesep.org.
Low-GDP high-GDP classifications designated by the European Educational Research Association. The list can be found here.
Please note that the crucial factor for the reduced Low GDP fee is not the country of origin but the country of residence.
Delegates from all other countries need to register as Delegates from high GDP Countries.
Ticket transfer, cancellation and refund policy
Notification of cancellation and any request for refunds must be sent in writing to the AIESEP 2027 Secretariat at contact@aiesep2027.org.
The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
Cancellation before April 1, 2027: Full refund of prepaid registration fees except for an administration charge of €50.
Cancellation between April 1 and June 11, 2027: refund of 50% of registration fee except for an administration charge of €50.
From June 12, 2027: No refund is applicable. Registration is non-transferable.
All refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded.
The AIESEP 2027 International Conference organization reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any of the arrangements contained in the program.
